  All Quicksilver remanufactured powerheads are backed by a one-year limited warranty. Up to an additional two years of Major Assembly Protection (MAP) coverage are available for select remanufactured powerheads.

  Powerheads are remanufactured by a team of factory technicians using many new OEM components and the latest engineering revisions.

• Sonic Cleaning Process

  To ensure the durability of the remanufactured powerhead, each engine block is cleaned using a sonic process. This assures the powerhead is completely cleaned, without the need for abrasive cleaners that could remove protective coatings or leave behind particles of debris.

• Factory-Fresh Finish

  A fresh coat of genuine Phantom Black paint helps prevent future corrosion and makes the powerhead look factory-fresh.

• Dressed or Undressed

  Quicksilver offers you options. If the original powerhead is relatively new, an affordable Quicksilver remanufactured longblock is a great choice because you can reuse your existing dress components. We also offer fully dressed remanufactured powerheads that come complete with an all-new wiring harness, fueling system, charging components and more, which can save labor cost and get you back on the water in a hurry.
