Your two-stroke marine engine is a hard-working machine. You ask it run under heavy load at wide-open throttle for extended periods, a duty cycle that could destroy an automotive engine. Even more challenging for two-stroke marine engines are extended periods of operation at low speeds, for example when trolling for fish or navigating long no-wake zones. This can cause the engine to run below its ideal operating temperature. Weather extremes can range from blistering heat to the very cold air and water temperatures experienced on early- and late-season angling and hunting expeditions. To protect marine two-stroke engines in every situation, Quicksilver lubricant engineers have created engine oils that are up for any challenge.
Quicksilver two-stroke oil products exceed the basic TC-W3® industry standard and the latest AF27 Lubricity Test. There are many two-stroke oils that carry the TC-W3® certification, but that’s the minimum standard. Quicksilver two-stroke oils go far beyond that standard to provide greater protection against corrosion, carbon buildup and piston ring sticking while providing outstanding lubrication for internal moving parts under the most stressful conditions.
Quicksilver two-stroke oils meet manufacturers' recommendations for all two-stroke outboard motors, including DFI (Direct Fuel Injection) outboards from Evinrude, Yamaha and Mercury Marine. These oils are also recommended for use in two-stroke personal watercraft (PWC) engines.
Quicksilver marine lubricants are formulated to maintain engine performance and reliability with uncompromising quality and durability. Shop 2-Stroke Oils today.
